Authors should prepare to speak 20 minutes on their papers; discussants should read the papers in advance and speak no longer than 25 minutes. The remainder of the 1 hour 45 minute panel will be open to Q&A. All of the usual audio-visual equipment will be available to presenters.

People should send in their papers to be uploaded to the conference website as soon as possible so that everyone can read them. Papers are available online, in a password protected environment, please check your emails for access information.

Be sure that the discussant receives your paper no later than one week in advance of the workshop; please also send your papers to this list of workshop attendees.
